Access to debris was restricted to sampling,(instead of total removal of all visible items), as the photos show, most items were accumulated in the trees that were submerged. So this marks the first time that I knowingly left litter on site, and within the survey perimeter. I could see it, but not reach it, as safety protocols demand it. The sample is representative of the spillway debris, however and shall yield some useful data. AR Ph 8.5, CCM Ph 9.0 and 102pcs were apprehended, here are the images...
