Tomorrow is survey day at Cordova Creek, rain or shine,anyone is welcome to attend. As usual, it will be from 11:30 till approximately 1:15. This survey will be at the Cordova Creek spillway(location 2), as I have just completed a survey/clean up of River Bend (location 1) the data from which will be posted today, and as always, anyone interested can view the detailed data at Kobo toolbox, linked from our Hammerdirt.ch website, see you there..Also because I did not post pics from last week, here are the highlights...

A reminder, This Wednesday Hammerdirt is conducting the routine litter collection/survey on the American River at Cordova Creek.As usual,rain or shine,a thorough cleaning of the creek spillway (location 2)will be done, as this is a crucial site for meaningful data,and timely trash gathering, especially during or after a rain system has assisted the litter into the 80 ft trap that is the spillway,or drift into location 1 due to river currents there. 11:30a.m. till 1:30-2:00p.m. January 20th.

Announcing the new collection/survey schedule for the River Bend Park/Cordova Creek locations,

 For 2016, the litter collection and survey days will be every Wednesday at 11:15 a.m. until approximately 1:15p.m.. These events will be conducted by Gary Hare, and may be at either location, however,it should be known that the distance between the two is less than 400 yards, so if you want to find me to observe,im not far, so walk a little. All other details remain unchanged from previous routines.
